Got a pan out sprayed some nonstick junk on it put a little bit of Extra Virgin OliveOil on it, cut up the potato
I used about 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (this was a big potato)
3/4 Tablespoon of Lemon Pepper
3/4 Tablespoon of Nature's Seasons
I put them in the oven for 15 minutes, got them out and pushed them around so they could brown a little better, put them back in the oven for 7 minutes then put it on High Broil (I did that just to brown the a little on top) for only afew minutes, if you leave them in there too long they will shrivel up.

These are the two books I got
I have finished Firelight and wrote a review, but my "editor" has been working too much where he doesn't feel like making me look more smarter :P yet. So yeah.
i make similiar but because I am lazy I throw them in the oven (I was going to say bung them in the oven - then realised that is very very Norfolk and no one would know what I was on about) and leave them there for about 40 mins to an hour - result looks much the same though
